When pipeline componentry is located in demanding environments and harsh climates, wrapping it with fiberglass or covering it with an insulation blanket simply isn’t enough. Freezing air and moisture can creep in through the gaps, while vibration, movement and normal operations can shift or displace the insulation to a point that renders it useless. It is impractical and cost-prohibitive to send engineers out into the field to take measurements for a few custom parts, especially in remote locations or highly active environments. That’s why we build our insulation solutions based on scans that can be collected by existing field crew using an app that is downloaded to a phone or tablet. The process is so simple, and the app so intuitive it can be completed by just about anyone.
After completing the scans, simply upload them to the cloud and let us know they are ready. We take it from there. We then engineer your insulation for a near-perfect fit and send it to you ready to be installed by the existing field crew. The installation requires no special tools or training for an easy process from start to finish.
