Mike Hanna | Chairman, Dragon Jacket

Mike served as the Executive VP of Louisiana Pacific, a national building materials manufacturer, until 2000. He was also the President and Co-Owner of Associated Chemists. Mike currently owns Mike Hanna and Associates Inc., an executive coaching firm for CEO's and professional athletes. He is recognized as a motivational leader and communication specialist in the industry, and gives seminars to thousands of individuals and groups throughout the United States.

Adrian Zettell | Inventor & Vice President of Production, Dragon Jacket

Dragon Jacket was invented by Adrian Zettell in 2013. Adrian has always been innovative, most notably in the "water world", he has spent most of his adult life in the aquaculture business. Adrian designed, built & developed a truly zero water discharge technology to raise aqua cultured species indoors; with an R&D facility in North Dakota raising different breeds of shrimp, fish and algae, and a commercial facility in Las Vegas, Nevada raising salt-water shrimp. He and his family relocated back to ND as the oil industry was booming, he was asked to find solutions for problem areas they were having with standard pipe and tank insulation.Adrian came up with the solution. He then teamed up with his 'life coach' and friend, Mike Hanna and Dragon Jacket was born.

Jason Thackston | Senior Vice President, Avista Corp. | Vice President of Energy Resources, Avista Utilities

Jason Thackston is Senior Vice President, Energy Resources for Avista Corporation. He joined the company in 1996 and has held leadership positions in customer solutions, energy delivery, finance, risk management, investor relations and corporate development.

Thackston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitworth University with a major in international studies and an emphasis in business management. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University. Jason serves on the board of trustees of Whitworth University as well as on the boards of the Pacific Northwest Utilities Conference Committee, the Northwest Gas Association, and the Health Sciences and Services Authority of Spokane County. Previously, he served on the boards of the YMCA of the Inland Northwest, the Northwest Business Development Association, and the Business Development Corporation of Eastern Washington.

Michael Senske | CEO, President & Director, Pearson Packaging Systems, Inc.

Michael A. Senske has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Pearson Packaging Systems, Inc. since January 13, 2003. Mr. Senske joined Pearson Packaging Systems in May 19, 1997. During his tenure at Pearson Packaging Systems, he has held a wide variety of positions including Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to working at Pearson Packaging Systems, he worked in the Product Support Services division of the Consumer Division Unit at Microsoft Corporation. Senske serves as Director of Deaconess Medical Center. He serves on the Board of Directors for Valley Hospital & Medical Center, Empire Health Services, the International Trade Alliance, and the Spokane Workforce Development Council. Senske graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.

Greg Orman | U.S. Senator Candidate & Entreprenuer

Greg graduated from Princeton University in 1991 with a degree in economics and joined the McKinsey & Company consulting firm shortly thereafter. In 1992, while at McKinsey, Greg started Environmental Lighting Concepts (ELC). ELC designed and installed energy efficient lighting systems for commercial and industrial companies. Orman left McKinsey in 1994 to run ELC full time. As ELC’s CEO, Greg opened a second office in Kansas in 1995 before opening additional offices across the country. In November 1996, Greg sold 70% of ELC to Kansas City Power & Light. He then assumed management of KCP&L’s energy services operations and eventually the company’s entire portfolio of competitive businesses. He grew the business more than tenfold, from less than $100 million dollars to almost a billion dollars in annual revenue. In 2004, Greg co-founded Denali Partners, LLC, and has been working to provide capital and management services to help small businesses grow since then.

Alvin J. "Fritz" Wolff, Jr. | Chairman of the Wolff Company

“Fritz” Wolff is the Chairman of The Wolff Company. He has more than 40 years of experience as a real estate investor, lender, and developer. Fritz sits on the company’s investment committees and remains involved in the firm’s risk management function. Fritz actively manages the Wolff family’s legacy investment portfolio. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Fritz is the incoming Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Gonzaga University.

Ryan Gee | Owner & CEO of GEE Automotive

Ryan serves as CEO and Dealer Principal for all 9 new vehicle franchises and seven locations that currently make up the Gee Automotive organization. Ryan has 17 years of retail automotive experience, including leading the organization for the last 11 years. Prior to his duties as President and then CEO, Ryan has served in numerous dealership positions including, sales, sales management, finance and insurance manager, service advisor, General Sales Manager and General Manager. Ryan has led the company's significant growth by focusing on the development of our team members and creating an unmatched purchase and service experience with our customers. Ryan also places a strong emphasis on the organization being a strong civic partner in the places we do business. Ryan personally serves on several boards including: the Greater Spokane Incorporated Board of Trustees, Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) Pacific U.S. regional board, past board chair of YPO Seattle Chapter, and the Community Cancer Fund, where he serves as Board President. Ryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Ryan also completed the NADA Dealer Academy. Ryan currently splits his time between Seattle and Spokane, WA and is married with two daughters.
